Gerard co founded the firm in 2006 with his Brother Peter A. Marino (Ret.) and is the Managing Partner at Marino & Marino, P.C.. Over the years Attorney Marino has assisted his clients in a variety of matters but now focuses his practice on Commercial and Residential Real Estate. As a full service real estate firm Marino & Marino, P.C. can provide a wide variety of services for your real estate needs. Attorney Marino received his B.S. from Springfield College and his Law degree from New England School of Law. Gerard commits himself to representing his clients with the highest level of service. Whether it is handling a contractual real estate matter or advising his clients on a other matters; he ensures his clients needs are met and gives them the special attention they expect.

Stephen C. Fernandes, Jr. Esq.

Associate

Stephen joined Marino & Marino PC with over 15 years of experience as a real estate conveyancing attorney. Attorney Fernandes received his B.S. at Providence College and his J.D. at Suffolk University Law School. Steve’s experience with real estate matters includes representation of institutional banks and other lenders, as well as representation of buyers and sellers. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, including purchase and sale agreements as well as finding solutions to complex title matters. He prides himself on attention to detail and a high level of personal service, with a reputation of providing quality and excellent services clients expect and ensuring the clients experience is nothing but positive.

Kathleen R. Sharpe

Senior Paralegal

Kathleen has over 15 years of real estate paralegal experience in both residential and commercial closings. Kathleen manages all aspects of the real estate transaction for the firm from start to finish including pre-closing, closing, post-closing, issuing title insurance policies and also assists in monthly account reconciliations. She attended Fisher College, in which she received an Associates degree Business Administration in 1995 and her, Associate Paralegal Studies in 2003 from Bunker Hill CC.

Linda J. Hawkins

Paralegal

Linda graduated from Burdett School in 1987 and then worked for 13 years in a large law firm in Boston. After taking time off to raise a family, she has spent the last 5 years working as a paralegal in a local firm that specializes in real estate closings. Linda provides both administrative and paralegal support for all aspects of the firm’s cases including purchases, refinances and seller representation.
